Pursuant to Section 22 of the EUSA, at any time, either party may terminate Customer's Expect Referrals account for any reason. Customer must request cancellation by logging in to their account, go into their My Account tab and select the Cancel My Account button.
If for any reason a customer cannot perform this task and wishes to cancel their account, they may send a written letter of cancellation to:

Amounts paid are not refundable. Subscriptions to our service are pre-paid. As such, any cancellations that occur in the middle of a payment term (month, quarter, or year depending on payment schedule) will be made effective on the final day of such term. Any communication regarding the termination of an account must come from the individual contact that is on record in the account to complete the termination.
Notwithstanding any termination of this Agreement, Customer will remain obligated to pay Expect Referrals Fees, which were incurred prior to (and on) the effective date of such termination.
If you use the Services through Expect Referrals Free Trial and wish to terminate your account, no action is required. If you use the Services through Expect Referrals Free Account and fail to use the Services for at least six (6) consecutive months, Expect Referrals has the right to automatically expire your account.
CREDIT CARD EXPIRATIONS OR DECLINES
Please note that allowing a credit card to expire will not automatically cancel your account as we maintain all account data and allow you access to your account. Your live sharing site will become inactive immediately upon an expired or declined credit card. You will have access into Expect Referrals and can update your credit card information in your My Account tab. Upon completion of updating an expired or declined credit card, your live sharing site will be immediately made live again and all data will remain in tact.
We may send notice to the email on record if your credit card is declined. We may also follow-up by phone or mail. Expect Referrals makes no guarantee to attempt to contact the account holder.
RETRIEVING YOUR DATA AFTER YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN TERMINATED
Upon any termination of your account, you will no longer have access to Expect Referrals. It is recommended that all account holders export all data from their account prior to terminating. If a terminated account holder wishes to retrieve data or re-activate their account, they must contact Expect Referrals via email at info@ExpectReferrals.com. Expect Referrals has no obligation to retain any account holders' Data and may delete and destroy such Data without providing you with notice of such deletion. If you use the Services during a Trial Period and fail to convert your account to a standard paid customer account upon the expiration or other termination thereof, Expect Referrals has no obligation to retain the account holders' Data after the date of such expiration or termination. If you use the Services through Expect Referrals Free Trial and fail to use the Services for at least six (6) consecutive months, you acknowledge that Expect Referrals has no obligation to retain the Data and may delete and destroy such data without providing you with notice of such deletion. Please be sure to export all data you wish to save before terminating your account.
